1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Tennis String Pilot Shopify application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Tennis String Pilot provides a stringing service management solution for Shopify merchants. The App allows merchants to accept stringing orders, manage customer stringing data, and print labels.
3. User Accounts
You obtain access to the App via your Shopify store account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
5. Pricing and Billing
The App is billed through Shopify's billing system. Pricing plans are subject to change upon 30 days notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's refund policy.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tennis String Pilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
